All Should Be Free

Who wants to keep his/her lips shut? All want to speak and no doubt want to speak on what they know and believe. But do all can speak? Of course not. The society is the stage for the powerful people and those who encourage the belief and conduct of the majority of the society. And whether the majority of the society is correct or wrong.

Okay, you can say that what is correct to the majority is correct. Because if the majority accept a thing as correct then who can say it wrong as unity is strength. But you must remember that every single people have freedom to believe anything. As it the era of freedom. Slavery is gone, illiteracy is gone. And now is the time to have freedom and live freely.

For writing further, I must discuss here about two things. They are the words “knowledge” and “belief”. Though we seldom think about the difference between the two words but it is essential to think about. I am try to clarify the words in my words. So, belief is a word that have a great importance all over the world and to the people of all ages. But it is mostly seen among kids and the people who believe in religion. Because both of them strictly believe a lots of believes. Actually believing is easy. You can believe anything without even thinking about that. Cause believing is materialized in our mind. And there is no limitation of your mind. There is infinite space. So you can think whatever you want whether it is true of false. For example: playing with Leonel Messi, living in the best city on earth, winning the most prestigious prize, being the most succeed man. But in real you can’t do those. So the people with simple mind and the people with lot of emotions usually believe. Like the kids believe there are ghosts. But the knowledge is not so easy. To gain knowledge you have to work hard. To clarify knowledge I must say here what knowledge is. For example, science is knowledge. Because, the data that science shows us are universal truth. Because these data are gotten by practical experiments. So knowledge is true. And you can only get knowledge when you are grown up enough and have maturity of the brain. As the kids who believed in ghosts don’t believe in ghosts when they are grown up. But belief is very very strong and powerful. For example the kids who believed in ghosts in childhood but don’t believe now are usually still afraid of ghosts. The effect of belief is so powerful that they can’t even have the courage to go to the dark alone even they are grown up. But on the other hand knowledge is so much true. There is no trap in knowledge.

Now let’s start the main discussion again. As knowledge is the universal truth so almost all express the same about knowledge. And knowledge seldom creates violence by being expressed. But all the violence and opposition are created by expressing the belief. And it includes personal ideas and thoughts also. But we live in the era of freedom and democracy, and so we have the freedom of expression. None can deny this at least who have proper education.

But expressing personal idea or a belief of a group often creates violence. Actually none want to accept others belief or idea. Every one or every group think that his one is perfect. And obviously all have the freedom and right to believe a belief and follow an idea. And to express that one. Again if all start to believe and follow different idea and start to express those then there will be nothing but violence and unrest in the society. And now are noticing this kind of violence. For example, I can say the name of the group the theist and the atheist. Theist think atheist as sinners and the atheist think the theist as stupid and uneducated. They have a great quarrel. Even the theist want the atheist not to be on earth and the atheist want theist to be atheist. So it’s clear that people not only want to express their idea and belief but also want the other to follow and belief that. And here is the main problem. They want other to be like them.

So if the freedom of expression have so much problems and critical problem, so why should it be mandatory? Even should everyone has the right to express freely?? Of course all have that very right. But again when people do agree with this and express themselves freely, violence is created. I should put here some examples.

Like, free thinkers are being killed. In the countries like Bangladesh, Pakistan, India, Afghanistan, Iran where people are not well educated and the rate of education is not so high and people have strong believe in religions, this type of killing is taking place. Again the free thinkers are greatly protested by a lot amount of people with the lead of some extremist leaders. To give example I can tell the unrest created in India on a movie named “Padmavat”. Nearly 40 people died and there were a great loss of money. Again I can tell the name of Avijit Roy, an atheist and blogger was killed in Bangladesh. And many others were killed and attacked in a row. And also I can tell the terrorist attacks all over the world nowadays. Besides, words like “Islamophobia” has been introduced to the world now.

But still people didn’t stop. People died but always tried to be free and they are trying to have the freedom of expression and believe. For example, in Iran, women talked against compulsory Hijab. They put off their hijab and flied it in air. They say they are free to wear hijab. But now they want the freedom not to wear hijab. Thus people want full freedom.

 But those who don’t want the following people to be free, have also freedom to believe and follow their idea and belief. Yes !! They have. Of course they have. At least I can’t deny their right. Buuuut ……..

These extremists are damn extreme in all the matter. They only give priority to their ideology and belief. They think that only they are right. Their ideology is the best. They always insult and underestimate the other. But you must remember here the difference of belief and knowledge what I defined at the starting. And you must remember here that the idea what is very much important to you is so less important to me. And believe me it is true.

So, we have different ideas and we want to be free to express those but that is creating violence on our earth as we want other to follow our own ones. So what is the way to be peaceful??

Yes… we have to be tolerant to other’s opinion and idea. We all should be respectful to other. And the most important thing is that we should never want other to follow ours let alone force them. We should do our own works and idea alone. Then you can say that in this way you can murder or do any misdeed as your own work. But remember in these works you have to include other in your works. But, of course other will enter into your ideology. But don’t force them. Let them know about your ideology freely and let them consider what they should do. If they like your ideology then welcome them, otherwise keep calm and peaceful.

Sooo, If you express your idea and belief without insulting, underestimating, forcing, harming, affecting, hurting other, then the terms freedom of thought and freedom of expression is for you. On the contrary I oppose you and protest you as I am also a freedom lover.
